Frequently Asked Question
How quickly can you attend a job?
Most requests are confirmed within a few hours, and we can often attend within 24–48 hours depending on the service and your location.
Do I need to be present?
For cleaning and junk removal we can work with access arrangements. For moving and delivery we ask that someone is available at both ends.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the service, size of the job and access. We confirm a clear price with you before any work starts.
Can I book more than one service?
Yes — select multiple services in the booking form and we'll coordinate them in a single visit where possible.
